First of all, what are we talking about
What makes a project longer is almost never the manufacture.
It is the consent for the sign, and that only concerns what can be seen from the street.
Interior signage is not subject to it, which is why it moves much faster.

A replacement, a run of door signs, a refresh after a reorganisation, a repair before an important visit.

Is the date already tight? Say so on the first call. Depending on what has to be done, we know how to tighten the programme: manufacture launched alongside the design visuals, installation at night, delivery in batches so you open on time and complete afterwards. We will tell you plainly whether it is achievable, and we will say so before you commit to anything.
The fullest case
We come to your building. Dimensions taken, photographs of the existing fixtures, a check on access, available heights and power supply. We also check what the rules applicable at that address allow, before drawing anything.
What you receive Survey report and first recommendations
Circulation analysis: where visitors come in, where deliveries arrive, where staff enter. It is this study that determines the position of every sign. Signage that is well drawn but badly placed is of no use.
What you receive Dimensioned layout drawing, schedule of signs
Your brand guidelines applied to each type of sign. We produce simulations in situ, on your own photographs, so that the decision is taken on something concrete rather than on a principle.
What you receive Design visuals, in-situ simulations, colour swatches
A quotation priced item by item: design, manufacture, installation, administrative formalities. You see what each element costs and you can decide. No lump sum that cannot be broken down.
What you receive Itemised quotation and outline programme
In France, where most of our projects are carried out, an exterior sign is subject to administrative consent and processing takes about two months. To that are added the structural calculations for signs fixed at height and the health and safety plan for working in your building. We put the files together and we follow them through to the decision. This step starts as soon as the design visuals are approved and runs alongside manufacture, so that it never bears on your date.
What you receive Applications submitted, receipts, consents obtained
Production at our partner workshops, chosen according to the technique: CNC routing, UV printing, powder coating, laser engraving. Quality control piece by piece before dispatch, and not on delivery.
What you receive Approved proof, quality control, logistics preparation
Site coordination, installation by accredited teams, at night or outside working hours if your building stays in use. Handover carried out with you, sign by sign, with any snags cleared.

The point that makes the difference
In France, consent for an exterior sign takes about two months to process. That period is set by regulation: it is not negotiable and it cannot be speeded up.
The classic mistake is to submit the file after the quotation has been approved, with manufacture already under way. The project is then held up for two months before installation, and the opening date falls through.
We put the file together during the design phase and submit it as soon as the visuals are approved, without waiting for the pricing to be closed. Processing then runs while the workshop produces, and not afterwards. That is what puts manufacture and processing in the same period instead of one after the other.
Forty-five minutes on site are enough to know what is possible, what will require a consent, and what the project involves.
