Exhibition stands

Here, the date is not negotiable.
The doors open on time, and everything has to be standing.

The method

Seven steps between your decision and your date.

The fifth one governs all the others.
In France, consent for a sign takes two months to obtain, and that time is never made up.
We set it in motion as soon as the visuals are approved, alongside manufacture, so that it never weighs on your date.

  8. The seven steps in detail

Real lead times, the documents to provide, and what can be run in parallel.

The part nobody sees

A fine sign put up without consent is still a sign that has to come down.

The visible part of the trade fits into a few weeks of manufacture.
The rest is administrative, regulatory and technical.
That is where projects come apart, and it is exactly the part we take on in full.

Consent

Prior consent for signs

A fascia sign is almost never put up without prior consent. In France, the application takes two months to process, and that period cannot be shortened.

Local rules

Local authority rules

Every local authority sets its own rules on size, height and illumination. What is accepted in one street can be refused in the next.

Public access

Accessibility

Mounting height, contrast, character size, tactile lettering and braille in buildings to which the public has access.

ISO 7010

Safety signage

Standardised pictograms, escape routes, first aid. Safety signage that does not meet the standard leaves the liability with you.

Structure

Structural calculations

For any sign at height or on a facade: wind loading, fixings and the load the substrate will take.

Site safety

Health and safety plan

Required whenever an outside company works on your premises. We draw it up and coordinate it.

The company

The reach of a group.
The decisions of a small team.

For more than twenty years we have been equipping head offices, healthcare buildings, public buildings and industrial sites. These are projects where the difficulty is not the drawing but the coordination: a sign schedule to hold item by item, weeks of installation on sites that carry on working, and a consent file running in parallel.

Our partner workshops cover the full range of techniques: built-up letters, backlit or not, light boxes, UV printing, powder coating, engraving, one-way vision film, aluminium, brass and acrylic. Our installation teams work anywhere in France, at night and on occupied sites when that is what it takes.

What differs is the format. One contact who decides, not an account manager who passes it on. A quotation within three days of the survey. And the whole administrative side handled by us: consents, structural calculations and health and safety plans.
